Heather Deen Locklear is a famous American actress, best known for her role as Amanda Woodward in the American soap series 'Melrose', one of the most viewed television shows of the 1990s. Locklear was awarded the prize for the best actress from "First Americans in the Arts' in recognition of her performance on the series. Her first major role was in the TV series 'Dynasty', an American soap opera that aired on CBS network in the 1980s. The Carringtons were wealthy families that resided in Delver, Colorado. Locklear played many roles on TV shows over the years, including 'T.J. Hooker, 'Going Place,' and 'Dynasty: The Reunion' are just a few of the roles that Locklear took on over the course of time. It was 1993 when she began to appear in the TV series "Melrose" which was one of the biggest works of her career. She also had a successful career in film, appearing in movies like"The Perfect Man," a romantic comedy "The Perfect Man." Locklear was charged with drunk driving in September 2008. This caused a lot of controversy. But, neither alcohol nor prescription drugs were detected in her blood test, and it was stated later that her medications for anxiety and depression were impacting her ability to drive.
