Evelyn Taft was a journalist, news director, and anchor who was born in San Francisco's Bay Region on August 24, 1984. She is American born. She is an editor, journalist and anchor for news, possibly best known for her work with KCAL as a meteorologist. KCAL network as their meteorologist. As a single child living in the Bay Region by her parents who are both Russian Jews, Evelyn had the opportunity to travel across the world before she became an adult. Evelyn went to a variety of European countries, including England, France, and Russia. She also visited South America and Asia. Evelyn's parents are from several countries so she was allowed to spend some time in France, England, and Israel in her early years. The first language she began studying was Russian and then English and French then later, she added Hebrew to her list of languages.
