 Beyonce Giselle Knowles (born September 4, 1981 in Houston, Texas, U.S.A) is an American singer-songwriter, actress and a singer. She was born Beyonce Giselle Knowles, also known as Beyonce Giselle Knowles. The group was eliminated from Star Search in 1992. Three years later, it did not sign a contract. The fortunes of Destiny's Child were reversed in 1997 when they signed a Columbia recording deal and their debut album "No, No. No Part 2". The album that followed, The Writing's on the Wall (1999) was a huge success, earning the group two Grammy Awards and sold more than eight million copies in the United States. Survivor (2001) was the group's third album, reached the number one position on the Billboard 200 chart.
