Presenter, model, actor and performer Brigitte Nielsen was born July 15, 1963 , in Rodovre the small town near Copenhagen in Denmark. When she graduated from high school, at 16 years old, Gitte (her given name) left her family to pursue a modeling career. Gianni Versace, Giorgio Armani and Gianfranco Ferre were her top fashion designers. She divided her time between New York City, Paris, Milan, and Berlin. In 1983, she was married to Danish musician Kasper Winding. A following year, her first son Julian was born but during the same time, acted in Red Sonja (1985) and separated from her son and husband for an acting career. The film starring Arnold Schwarzenegger was successful and in 1985, she starred in Rocky IV (1985) with her future husband, Sylvester Stallone. Stallone was introduced to Nielsen in the summer of 1985, during Red Sonja (1985)'s promo and after six months, they got married in Malibu. They made another film together, Cobra (1986), and many other scandals after 19 months.
