Carmelo Anthony

With a height of 6 feet 8 inches, strong arms and a bird's vision, Carmelo Anthony is undoubtedly one of the greatest basketball players of all time. A gifted child and a natural athlete, he was set to be a star in the world of basketball due to his deep knowledge of the game, characteristic instinct and deep-seated desire to be at the No.1 position. He was a star athlete during his high school days because of his fearsome competitor's spirit, his vision as a guard, and his scoring touch. He was an outstanding basketball player in Oak Hill Academy and Towson Catholic High School. After graduation, he enrolled at Syracuse University where he helped Syracuse win its first ever National Championship. Soon after, his energetic performance put him in the international spotlight. In 2003, he got drafted by the Denver Nuggets to be their most important player. He broke all records to become the best NBA player, winning every game. The way he controlled the game right from the beginning was a rare and unnoticed thing for a man of his age in basketball. He was traded to the New York Knicks after years of cooperation with the Nuggets. In addition, he's made his presence felt during the Olympics and has also won two bronze and one gold medal in the same. For more information about his childhood and life you can read about it here.
