Lyndie Greenwood was born on on June 6th, 1983 in Canada, is a Canadian actress. She is well-known for her recurring role as Sonya on The CW’s Nikita. Alongside being a regular cast member on FOX’s Sleepy Hollow, she also played the role as Jenny Mills. She joined the cast of Amazon Prime Video's The Expanse as Dr. Elvi Okoye in 2019. She was a student at several vocal and musical theater classes in Canada. The acting training started at various schools that included the Professional Actors Lab and Jason Fraser Studios. She also attended the Etobicoke School of the Arts. In the year 2006, she earned an undergraduate degree in Science from the University of Toronto. The first time she was seen was in Pinkville which was a low-budget Canadian film. Her first appearance on television was in an episode of the Listener.
