American actor Emily Mallory Procter can be present in American films and television. She graduated with an education in journalism and also was a forecaster for weather in the entertainment industry. She was assisted by her father and started acting classes. In 1995, she made her big screen debut with the Oscar Award-winning film Leaving Las Vegas. The following year, she worked alongside Tom Cruise, Cuba Gooding Jr., and Rene Zellweger in 'Jerry Maguire'. She acted in four supporting roles in four films during 1999, which was an extremely busy year for the talented actress. She was a regular character in the TV series 'The Western Wing' from 2000 to 2002, and then briefly in 2006 prior to landing her breakout role in the role of Calleigh Duquesne in the police procedural drama "CSI: Miami". The show was a huge success and Procter became a worldwide star during its ten-season run.
