Henry Winkler

 Henry Franklin Winkler is an American actor, director, comedian and author . He became famous for his portrayal of Arthur "Fonzie" Fonzarelli on the sitcom of the 1970s, 'Happy Days..' He was born in New York during the Second World War to an immigrant family of German Jews, he was raised there. He was an undiagnosed dyslexic child and had a difficult childhood. The teachers and parents didn't show much sympathy. In his early years, he began to enjoy acting and decided to become an actor after getting an appearance in a school production in the 8th grade. After completing his MFA at the Yale School of Drama, He returned to New York to try to be employed at Broadway. He appeared in many shows, but was only successful in establishing himself as an actor after he moved to Los Angeles, where he was cast in "Happy Days". He won a few awards and nominations for his performance, and later tried his hands at production and direction as well. He became a children's author in 2003 and coauthored 19 books on Hank Zipzer, a dyslexic boy. He is still very active and plays
