Lady Gaga

 Lady Gaga, born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanyotta, is an American songwriter, singer actress, philanthropist dancer, and fashion designer.Gaga was born on March 28, 1986 in Manhattan, New York City, to Cynthia Louise (Bissett) an business executive and philanthropist as well as Joseph Anthony Germanotta, Jr. An internet-based businessman. Her father is Italian as is her mother, while her father is from West Virginia and is half Italian, half French, English and German. Gaga was capable of singing and playing the piano from a young age. She was a student at the Convent of the Sacred Heart from age 11 where was a victim of bullying for her looks (she was slimmer and less plumper than girls with larger front teeth) and her eccentric habits.By the age of 14 Gaga was performing on open mic nights in clubs and bars. She was 17 when she got accepted to New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. She also developed her songwriting skills and wrote essays and analysis papers about art, religion, and politics. Gaga at the age of 19, quit her studies to pursue an career in music. She started a band that gained local attention.
