Lil Boosie

 Lil Boosie was born Torrence Hatch in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on November 14, 1983, his nickname was bestowed to him Boosie by his family . He was raised on W. Garfield St. in a ghetto in the mean streets of south-side Baton Rouge (SSB).Growing up, Boosie was made to feel numb by the many hardships that he had to endure. The neighborhood in which he lived was well-known for its violence and narcotics. It was a jungle to visitors, but life was good for residents. Boosie began to take an interest in basketball in order to stay away from the streets. His father had been killed over drugs and Boosie moved in with his mother. Boosie grew up without a father figure and was not able to be guided by a family member. He became a criminal and a user of drugs. Boosie was expelled from school and started freestyling to follow his love of music. In the 225, Boosie had no contacts, no real means of exposure
