Lynda Carter

 Lynda Carter is an American performer, actress and songwriter. She was also named Miss World America and is best known for her role in the TV series 'Wonder Woman'. Her first appearance on television was as an artist for children. She was a member of the group "Just Us" in high school. She was part of another group called 'The Family' with two of her cousins. Lynda went to Arizona State University and dropped out to pursue a profession in the field of music. She participated in a local beauty contest and won the title of Miss World America. Her television career began with guest appearances on the series like "Starsky & Hutch," and then gained fame with the television series 'Wonder Woman'. The first album she released called 'Portrait was her first album. She had also co-written numerous songs. Carter has also appeared in a number of movies and began her journey in films with 'Bobbie Jo and the Outlaw'. She's been married twice and has two children from her second union with attorney, Robert A. Altman. Carter has once been named 'The Most Beautiful woman in the World by the International Academy of Beauty and the British Press Organizatio
