Sophie Turner is a British actress who made her acting debut on Game of Thrones, the immensely popular HBO fantasy TV series based on A Song of Ice and Fire which is a collection of fantasy novels authored by George R. R. Martin. As Sansa Stark, a main character since the very first season, Sophie found international fame and critical acclaim, in addition to a number of recognitions like nominations for Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in an Drama Series and a Young Artist Award nomination for Best Supporting Young Actress in a TV Series. The beautiful and talented star was also in The Thirteenth Tale (2013) the British drama TV film. It was a re-imagining of Diane Setterfield's dark novel. Sophie was also featured in Another Me, a 2013 Spanish-British psychological drama thriller feature film, Barely Lethal, Kyle Newman's 2015 American action-comedy film as well as X-Men: Apocalypse which is a 2016 American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics' X-Men characters. Sophie Turner has also contributed her voice to audiobook stories , and hosted a mini-documentary about the impact of social media on people all over the world.
