Eric Lynn Wright, better known as his stage name Eazy-E, was an American rapper who performed on his own and as a member of the group NWA Wright is affectionately called "The Godfather Of Gangsta Rap. "He was born in Compton, California. After having dropped out of high school in the tenth grade, the only way he made money was by selling drugs, before investing it and becoming founder of Ruthless Records. His first appearance as rapper came with "Boyz-N-The-Hood" that became an iconic song in the history of rap, composed by Ice Cube. N.W.A. was first released by NWA. as well as the Posse in 1987. Their most controversial album, "Straight Outta Compton", was released in 1988. The band made their most controversial album "Straight Outta Compton" in 1988. He also released numerous notable artists through his Ruthless Records label, including Jada Michelle and The D.O.C, Above the Law, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony.
